Harvest x Trulieve Loyalty Program Ends March 24

The Trulieve and Harvest Loyalty Program termination only effects all current programs in Arizona, California, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.

As we prepare to end our current loyalty program on March 24, 2023, we want to take a moment to thank our customers for taking part of our current program. We are sad see this program come to an end, but we’re excited to be taking the next step and creating an even more rewarding loyalty program to release in late 2023.

Use Your Points Before March 24, 2023

In preparation for the end of the loyalty program, we want to make sure you can still take advantage of the discounts and benefits that our loyalty program offers while you still can. While you will stop accruing loyalty points as of February 23, 2023, you will be able to use your loyalty points on purchases until the end of the business day on March 24, 2023.

Frequently Asked Questions

We understand that you customers may have some questions about what will happen to the points they have accumulated throughout the loyalty program. We want to assure you customers that all points will be honored and that they can still use them before the loyalty program ends on March 24th.

  1. How long do I have to use my current points?
    • You will have until the close of business on March 24th to use all your current points.
  2. When will I stop accruing points?
    • As of February 23rd, you will no longer accrue points.
  3. What happens if I can’t use all my points by close of business on the 24th?
    • If you are unable to use all your points by the 24th we do apologize, however, you will be unable to redeem any points accrued prior to the 24th on the 25th.
  4. Why is the current loyalty program being cancelled?
    • As we outline better ways to serve our customers, we will be rolling out a new loyalty program and platform later in 2023.
  5. Will there be a new loyalty program? 
    • Yes, we have a new and improved loyalty program and platform rolling out later this year.
  6. How does the new loyalty program work?
    • Details on our new loyalty program will be released later this year! Make sure you are subscribed to our emails and texts, so you get the notification.
  7. Why can’t I roll over my current points to the new loyalty program?
    • The new loyalty program/platform will be entirely revamped to better serve our loyal customers and provide you with improved rewards on all your favorite products. Don’t worry we still have our amazing monthly, weekly, and daily deals posted on the Arizona Promotions Page and California Promotions Page running at all locations!
  8. If I can’t use my points, can I use cash values?
    • Unfortunately, we are not able to provide cash value.
